*Contractors: Please contact the Building Department at (978) 921-6025 to set up a new *Contractor account. Once the Building Department has created your account click on forgot password in the top right corner of the eTrakit home page. This will email you a reset password link that will allow you to complete the registration process and log in.
*Contractor accounts are for all design professionals, such as, contractors, developers, surveyors, engineers, architects and other professionals.
